Elmo Rietschle V-VCS 301 Overview
Developed as the deeper-vacuum version of the 300 m³/h platform, the Elmo Rietschle V-VCS 301 combines a nominal capacity of 300 m³/h at 50Hz and 360 m³/h at 60Hz with an ultimate pressure of 0.09 mbar absolute. It therefore provides the higher pumping capacity of the 300-series while extending the available vacuum level for more demanding applications.
Oil lubricates the internal mechanism, assists sealing and helps control operating temperature. Oil condition, inlet restriction, separator condition and internal wear should therefore all be considered when an existing pump has lost performance.
