Compact Oil-Free Vacuum and Pressure Airflow
The Becker SV5.90/1 combines a relatively small 0.37kW motor with 75 m³/h nominal airflow, making it particularly useful where a dedicated blower is required for an individual machine or process rather than a large central air system.
The single-stage blower can operate on either the vacuum or positive-pressure side. Maximum relative vacuum is -120 mbar, while maximum relative positive pressure is +100 mbar.
Air is accelerated by the rotating impeller and repeatedly circulated through the side channel, progressively increasing the pressure differential. The impeller does not contact the blower housing during normal operation.
Because lubricating oil is not required in the process-air chamber, the SV5.90/1 provides oil-free airflow for applications where introducing oil into the air stream would be undesirable.
