Elmo Rietschle VCE100 Overview
The VCE100 provides the highest nominal pumping speed in the VCE15–100 family covered by the original Rietschle operating literature. Its 100 / 120 m³/h capacity makes it relevant to larger packaging, forming, handling and process installations where a 10 mbar absolute ultimate pressure is sufficient.
Original Rietschle operating instructions describe the VCA and VCE families as oil-flooded rotary vane vacuum pumps. They use inlet mesh filtration and exhaust-side oil-mist separation with oil recirculation. The same literature distinguishes the ranges by final pressure: VCA models are rated to 0.5 mbar absolute, while VCE models are rated to 10 mbar absolute.
