The DVP MD 16 is a robust oil lubricated rotary vane vacuum pump commonly fitted to food packaging machinery, including many chamber vacuum packers and thermoforming systems. Its compact design, low noise level and ease of maintenance make it a popular choice for food manufacturers, butchers, contract packers and OEM machine builders.

Designed for continuous industrial operation, the MD 16 features a compact design which allows for faster and simple access to pump internals for cleaning and maintenance.

Operating from atmospheric pressure down to 2 mbar (Abs.), the DVP MD 16 is suitable for a wide range of packaging applications and can often be found on machinery from manufacturers such as Multivac, Henkelman, Webomatic, Variovac and other leading packaging equipment suppliers.
