The DVP SB12 is a compact dry-running rotary vane vacuum pump designed for oil-free vacuum generation in packaging, printing, handling and OEM machinery where limited installation space and low pump weight are important.

With a nominal pumping speed of 12 m³/h at 50Hz (14 m³/h at 60Hz), an ultimate vacuum of 120 mbar absolute and compressor operation up to 0.6 bar, the SB12 provides useful vacuum and pressure performance from a compact industrial pump.

DVP SB12 Overview

The DVP SB12 is a compact oil-free rotary vane vacuum pump based on a monoblock industrial design, with the rotor assembled directly onto the motor shaft.

This direct-drive construction helps keep the overall pump dimensions and weight low, while the extensive use of lightweight alloy makes the SB12 easier to integrate into compact production and OEM machinery.

The pump delivers a nominal pumping speed of 12 m³/h at 50Hz and 14 m³/h at 60Hz, with an ultimate vacuum of 120 mbar absolute.

Cooling is provided by the motor fan, so the pump should be installed within an adequately ventilated space with sufficient clearance around the pump and motor.
